The Andes Highway: From Mendoza to the Maipo Valley
This week we travel south to Argentina & Chile where we start in the Uca Valley near Mendoza, Argentina, tasting the Malbecs, Cabernet Francs & Cabernet Sauvignons that come from this special high-altitude growing region. After virtually traveling the Andes highway, we end up in the Maipo Valley & taste organic wines from Chile’s first gravity fed winery.
