We teamed up with Diane Roederer from DR Delicacy to present an afternoon of pure indulgence with Champagne & Caviar pairings. Diane will discuss the various types of caviar and we will discuss the historical significance of this delectable combination of food & wine accompanied by Chef Alcayaga’s house-made bread and blinis.
