Tercero Wines with Larry Schaffer

Tercero wines has been away a while, but they are back for one night only!

Larry Schaffer, winemaker extraordinaire of Tercero Wines, will be presenting five of his wines in an intimate tasting with small bite pairings curated by our very own Chef Eduardo.

Larry has been working tirelessly in Santa Barbara to produce excellent Rhone-varietal wines. He's not afraid to get his hands, or should we say feet, dirty. In order to get the best out of his grapes, he personally stomps them to ensure the stems are incorporated in a way that leaves the wine with beautiful aromatics and distinctive tannins. With that kind of attention to detail and passion, Larry will take you through his winemaking process and how he dreamed up some of these beauties.
