From Cava sparkling wines to the heady, bold offerings from Priorat, we will explore the varietals that go into these famous wines. We'll also enjoy special food pairings curated to complement the wines from this Mediterranean-influenced region. We will delve into the influence of fine winemaking techniques, like the introduction of small new French oak barrels; and how the introduction of French varietals changed the landscape and the future of the region forever.
