Come meet Nick Picciandra of Fredrick Wildman distributors and learn the story of Odfjell wines while enjoying a perfectly paired four-course dinner curated by Mutiny's Chef, Eduardo Alcayaga.

FIRST COURSE

Roasted stuffed eggplant, grilled merken spiced black trumpet mushrooms, olives, sundried tomatoes, smoked goat cheese, grilled carrot coulis

SECOND COURSE

2018 “Orzada” Merlot 

Roasted spiced Lamb Costilla, merlot & plum reduction, chipotle honeynut squash puree, herb salad

THIRD COURSE

2015 “Aliara” Red Blend 

Grilled south American entrecote roulade, candied root vegetables, vino navegado with berries reduction 

FOURTH COURSE

Chamomile Cordial

Chilean papayas in wine syrup, clove crema fresca, mint and lime granita
