Join us for an exquisite wine dinner with Mark Ellenberger and Emily Trout, founders of Kagan Cellars' Wines and Mutiny Wine Room.
As a small, boutique producer of luxury California wines, Emily & Mark created Mutiny Wine Room to be a home for Kagan Cellars' in Houston. Upon discovering the culinary & wine-pairing talent of Chef Eduardo Alcayaga, Emily & Mark invited additional winemaking friends and colleagues to utilize Mutiny Wine Room as a tasting room platform in Texas. Giving Chef Eduardo a more diverse palette of wines to work with, the team has developed the premier culinary & wine-pairing experience in Houston.
