Mark & Emily Ellenberger began making hand-crafted, luxury, boutique wines in 2008. After 13 harvests and 38 vintages, they founded Mutiny Wine Room to bring the wine-country tasting experience to Houston. Chef Eduardo Alcayaga brought his exceptional palate and culinary genius to Mutiny Wine Room, and creates perfect food pairings to enhance both the fine wine and exceptional, local ingredients he uses in his menus.
